Eddie is a Natural Talent in the Kitchen. During early childhood he spent a lot of time watching his Father work as a Chef, and that became his goal.
Determined to learn from the best, he entered LE CORDON BLEU immediately
after High School and received his Diploma in 2013.
After graduation he gained great experience and developed his own style.
His passion is his own personal twist on Asian Fusion! (And amazing DRINKS!)
Alan went off to UC DAVIS and earned his Degree in Nutrition.
Since graduation he has worked as a Nutritionist at Stanford Medical Center.
His goal is to be sure that the fabulous Food and Drink served makes you happy!
